We offer free standard domestic shipping on orders over $150

Orders less than $150

  • Standard Shipping: 01-0.5kg $10
  •                               : 0.6kg+ $13
  • Express Shipping: $25

Q: When can I expect my order(s)?
A: A: We work with Australia Post. Their current estimated delivery times are as follows.

Express Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: International shipping will vary due to COVID-19. Please contact us if you wish to ship internationally. We will provide a quote depending on the size and weight and let you know of any restrictions due to the current situation caused by COVID-19.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A:Once the item(s) is shipped, we do not accept cancellations. Please contact us immediately if you decide to cancel your order(s). If we receive a cancellation request before shipping, we will process the cancellation less a 10% service fee.

Q: Can I change my order?
A: Once the item(s) is shipped, you are unable to change your order.

We only accept exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product(s). We advise opening the package as soon as you receive it. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in its original packaging. Any additional shipping cost or postal charges are at the customer’s expense. 

Please note that we DO NOT offer a refund if you change your mind and want to return an item, and we DO NOT accept returns on sales item(s) and gift card items.
