Return Policy

Exchange and change of mind

We only accept exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. Please contact us or email us hello@marunakajapan.com.au within 7 days of receipt of the product(s). We advise opening the package as soon as you receive it. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in its original packaging. Any additional shipping cost and the postal charge is the customer’s expense. 

Please note that we DO NOT offer a refund if you change your mind, and we DO NOT accept returns on sales item(s) and gift card items.

Damaged items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product(s) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please take a photo of the damaged item(s) and send us your contact information, name of the item via email. We are unable to offer replacement, exchange or refund for damaged items after 7 days of receipt of the product(s).

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards after 7 days of the receipt of the product(s).

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items, and let you know if the refund or store credit were approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refunds.

How to return

Please make sure the item(s) is packed carefully and use a tracking service when returning. 
We will contact you after confirming the condition of the item(s).

The address to return the item(s) will be given by email.
