【What is Shirayuki Fukin?】
Nara has been renowned for producing fine textiles since ancient times. The current owner's grandmother used to make kitchen cloths for private use out of mosquito net rags while manufacturing mosquito nets. Over time, with advancements in fabrics and sewing techniques, they discovered that these cloths were highly absorbent and effectively removed stains. This led to the inception of Shirayuki, which has been producing kitchen cloths ever since.

The name "Shirayuki" derives from the Japanese term for "Snow White." True to its name, the cloth retains its pristine white appearance even after prolonged use.
